*(Optional 3 Individual 60min sessions: 1st session, before the workshop to get clarity about what aspect of your personal or professional life you would like to apply the techniques; 2nd session, is a followup session between the second and third weeks of the workshop on your mindset, and strategical application of the tools to your personal process; 3rd session, after the workshop to design a ongoing strategy on the application of the tools, strategies and techniques practiced during the workshop.)
